Team Clarity, Inc. DBA Iron Gorilla Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery Notice and Removal Policy
Iron Gorilla prohibits nonconsensual intimate imagery, including authentic, digitally altered, and AI-generated intimate depictions. This Policy provides a removal route when applicable law requires Iron Gorilla, as the operator of a covered platform, to receive and act on requests. It does not expand the scope of a service that does not host, publish, or make user content available to other users.
1. What May Be Reported
A depicted individual or an authorized representative may report an intimate visual depiction that was published without consent, including a digital forgery or deepfake that appears to depict an identifiable individual. The requester need not be an Iron Gorilla account holder. Do not send additional intimate images unless securely requested and necessary to identify the reported material.
2. How to Submit a Request
Send a request to legal@teamclarity.ai with the subject 'Intimate Image Removal Request' or use the dedicated form identified on the applicable service. Include: the requester's name and reliable contact information; identification of the depicted person and the requester's authority if acting for another person; the URL, account, workspace, message, file identifier, or other information sufficient to locate the content; a brief statement that the requester has a good-faith belief the depiction is intimate and was published without the depicted person's consent; and an electronic or physical signature. Team Clarity may use a secure verification method and will not require unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Review and Removal
When this Policy and the TAKE IT DOWN Act apply and a request is valid, Team Clarity will remove or disable access to the reported content as soon as practicable and within forty-eight (48) hours after receiving the valid request. Team Clarity will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within the same period. Team Clarity may request information needed to locate the content or validate the request; the statutory period begins when a valid request is received.
Team Clarity may preserve limited evidence, restrict an account, prevent re-upload, or disclose information where permitted or required by law, including for safety, abuse prevention, litigation hold, criminal investigation, NCMEC reporting, or a lawful request. Removal does not determine ownership, liability, or whether another law was violated.
4. Confirmation, Status, and Appeals
Team Clarity will provide a confirmation or request identifier using the contact information supplied, and may provide status or completion notice consistent with privacy and security. A person affected by an erroneous removal may contact legal@teamclarity.ai with the request identifier and supporting information. Restoration is not available where law, safety, court order, or platform policy requires continued restriction.
5. Minors, Emergencies, and Law Enforcement
Reports involving a minor, sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking, imminent danger, or suspected child sexual abuse material receive priority escalation and may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or law enforcement as required. This process is not an emergency service. Contact emergency services where immediate safety is at risk.
6. Privacy, Security, and Misuse
Team Clarity will limit collection and access to information reasonably necessary to process the request, secure the information, retain it as required for legal and abuse-prevention purposes, and disclose it only as permitted by law. Retaliation, doxxing, evasion, re-upload, and knowingly material false requests are prohibited. A requester should not publicly repost the content to prove the report.
7. Other Rights and Customer Duties
This Policy is separate from copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, defamation, and data-protection processes. Customers that operate a website, app, chatbot, community, messaging service, or content-sharing feature using Iron Gorilla must independently assess whether they are a covered platform, publish their own legally compliant process, meet the forty-eight-hour requirement, remove known identical copies, retain evidence, and flow the request to relevant service providers.
