Team Clarity, Inc. DBA Iron Gorilla Cookie Notice

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This Cookie Notice explains how Team Clarity, Inc. DBA Iron Gorilla uses cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, server logs, and similar technologies on our websites and Services. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What These Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies may store or read identifiers and settings, measure interactions, support authentication, or transmit information to us or our service providers. Some technologies operate through the browser; others operate through application, network, or server-side events.

2. Categories

CategoryPurposeDefault treatment
Strictly necessaryAuthentication, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, network delivery, user-requested settings, and legal or consent records.Used where necessary to provide a requested service or protect the site. These generally cannot be disabled through our preference tool.
FunctionalRemember choices, language, region, interface settings, and optional product functionality.Used with consent where required.
Analytics and performanceUnderstand visits and feature use, diagnose errors, measure performance, improve reliability, and evaluate communications.Disabled until consent where EU or other law requires prior consent; opt-out rights apply where required.
Advertising or cross-context measurementMeasure campaigns, attribute visits, personalize advertising, or support cross-site or cross-context advertising. Not used unless disclosed and enabled. Consent and opt-out rights apply where required.

3. Current Providers

Depending on the page, region, consent, and configuration, providers may include Cloudflare for security and delivery, Google Analytics or similar tools for analytics, Sentry for error and performance monitoring, and service providers supporting authentication, communications, billing, or embedded content. The current Public Subprocessor and Service Provider List and our consent interface provide additional information. Not every provider or category is used for every visitor.

4. Consent and Choices

Where consent is required, non-essential technologies should remain disabled until you make a choice. You may accept, reject, or select categories through the cookie preference tool. Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it and does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal. Browser controls may also block or delete cookies, but doing so may impair functionality.

Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will treat a valid Global Privacy Control or comparable legally recognized signal as a request to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or related processing for the browser or device from which the signal is received.

5. Retention

Cookie and similar-technology retention varies by purpose and provider. Session technologies generally expire when the browser or session ends. Persistent technologies expire according to the period disclosed in the preference tool or provider configuration. We review non-essential retention and seek to avoid keeping identifiers longer than reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose.

6. Customer-Controlled Technologies

A customer may embed Iron Gorilla in a customer-controlled website, application, agent, or workflow and may add its own technologies. The customer's privacy and cookie notices govern customer-controlled technologies. Customers are responsible for obtaining consent and honoring opt-outs for their implementations.

7. Updates and Contact

We may update this Notice when technologies, providers, laws, or practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the preference tool or other appropriate notice. Questions may be sent to legal@teamclarity.ai.
